How many free prints can I order?

You can order up to 45 FREE individual 6x4 (15x10cm) photo prints per calendar month, which means you can order up to 500 6x4 prints per year! You can even earn up to 17 bonus prints per month by inviting friends or family, and by sharing on X.

I have no free prints remaining, when do I get more?

Your free prints count resets at Midnight GMT on the 1st of every calendar month.

I didn’t use all of my free prints this month, do they roll over to next month?

Unfortunately not. If you don’t use your free prints this month, you will lose them once the month ends.

What happens to my photos after you print them?

We store your photos, in accordance with our terms of use, so that you can use them for other orders in the future if you wish, using FreePrints or our other apps. Your photos are always your photos; only you will have access to them. And we use best-of-breed security solutions to ensure that your photos are always protected. More specifics are available in our Privacy Policy.

A yellow triangle with an exclamation point appeared on my photo. What does that mean?

Your photo is too small and may appear fuzzy or blurry when printed at the selected size. We suggest you choose a smaller print size or use a higher resolution photo.

How can I earn bonus prints?

Just share on X and get 1 bonus print per calendar month. Inviting friends earns 5 bonus prints for every friend who orders (maximum 17 prints). Your friends will also get 5 bonus prints just for signing up. These bonus prints are available every month for a six-month period.

FreePrints does not have access to my photos on my device. How do I enable access?

iPhone or iPad: Open the Settings app, and then tap Privacy, Photos, FreePrints, and tap All Photos.

Android: Open the Settings app, and then tap Apps, FreePrints, tap Files and media, and select Allow access to media only. 

How do I invite friends?

Tap your Drawer (3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner). Then tap Invite & Earn or My Rewards and invite your friends and family to try FreePrints. You can even share via X. Please note, standard messaging rates apply for sharing via SMS.

Someone I invited to FreePrints signed up. Why didn't I get any bonus prints?

You will receive bonus prints when they have successfully placed an order. Friends must use your unique invite code at time of account creation to earn bonus prints.

How long will I be able to use my bonus prints?

Bonus prints are valid for 6 months. After that, you can share again to earn more bonus prints!

How do I see the number of free prints I have left for the month?

Just tap your Drawer (3 horizontal lines in the upper left corner).

I signed in via Facebook and wasn't prompted to enter an invite code. Why?

If a friend has referred you to FreePrints and given you an invite code, tap on the Drawer in the upper left corner of the app to access Account Settings and insert the invite code.

Do you offer duplicate prints or other print sizes?

If you want an additional print of any individual 6x4 photograph or other size prints, our prices are incredibly competitive and lower than most major photo sources available today.

How much is postage and packing?

Standard postage and packing starts at £1.49 and is never more than £3.99, no matter how many prints you order!

What payment methods are accepted by FreePrints?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, and American Express. You can also pay by PayPal.

Where are my photographs printed?

Each and every photograph is printed at one of our professional photo labs in the UK. Our state-of-the-art custom labs provide decades of experience in photo finishing and printing of both colour and black and white photographs.

What kind of paper is used to print my photographs?

All FreePrints photos are printed on your choice of deluxe glossy or premium matt paper to ensure high-quality, long-lasting prints that resist fading for generations. Our printing process provides the best quality images, vivid color reproduction, more natural skin tones, exceptional sharpness and unsurpassed colour stability.

In what finish will my photos be printed?

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, you can! For our customers’ convenience, we have a number of facilities where you can collect your photo prints order in person. And we’ll be adding more! Just use one of the following codes at checkout. Photo prints may be collected in Newton Abbot (Code PICKUP151), Plymouth (Code PICKUP153), Leyland (Code PICKUP154), Suffolk (Code PICKUP193), Essex (Code PICKUP194), Eastbourne (Code PICKUP195), Bristol (Code PICKUP196), Bicester (Code PICKUP197), Cardiff (Code PICKUP198), Powys (Code PICKUP199), Milton Keynes (Code PICKUP200), Northampton (Code PICKUP201), Peterbourough (Code PICKUP202), Bitteswell (Code PICKUP203), Lincoln (Code PICKUP204), Bolton (Code PICKUP205), Church Fenton (Code PICKUP206). In-person collection hours are Monday through Friday between 09:00 and 15:00. When you enter your promo code, the cost of delivery will be automatically deducted from your order. We'll let you know where to go when your order is ready.
